Why flat fees

Hourly billing makes people avoid calling their representative, and that is when cases go wrong. A flat fee means you can ask questions and send documents without watching a clock.

If your matter is outside what a flat fee covers, such as enforcement after judgment, an appeal or a hearing after a failed mediation, we quote it in writing before doing the work.
